Car Transportation Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

3. Transportation Process:

3.2. The user or a designated representative must be present at the specified pickup and delivery locations to inspect the vehicle and acknowledge its condition upon arrival.
4. Vehicle Insurance:
4.1. The Company maintains insurance coverage for vehicles during transportation. However, it is recommended that users maintain their own insurance coverage for added protection.
5. Cancellation and Refunds:
5.1. Cancellation fees may apply if users cancel the transportation service after booking. Refund policies vary and are outlined in the service agreement.
6. Liability:
6.1. The Company's liability for damages to the user's vehicle during transportation is limited to the terms and conditions outlined in the service agreement and is subject to applicable laws and regulations.
